Prior to meeting with Dr. Landis, we will have you fill out a detailed questionnaire to help determine if you are a surgical candidate and to help us create a treatment program specific for you. This often includes a month-long migraine diary.
All of our patients need to be evaluated and followed by a neurologist or headache expert before and after surgery.
